Observation

Licensor observed bush stems with thorns growin through the fence in the school age, pre-k, and preschool area of the outdoor licensed spaces; accessible to children. Licensor observed several plasitic bags in the cabinet below the diaper changing room, accessible to children. This has been corrected while licensor was on site.
